1. About LR Crafts

LR Crafts is a handmade gifting studio offering premium crochet flowers, marble artistry, personalised gifts, and curated hampers across India. All orders are processed and confirmed via WhatsApp. By engaging with our products or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Products & Handmade Nature

All LR Crafts products are handcrafted in small batches. As a result:

• ◆Minor variations in colour, texture, and finish are natural and expected — no two pieces are identical.
• ◆Product photographs are representative. The actual item may differ slightly from images shown.
• ◆Personalised items are made-to-order and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.
• ◆Custom orders require a brief (name, dates, photos, colour preferences) shared over WhatsApp.

3. Ordering & Payment

All orders are placed and confirmed via WhatsApp (+91 87691 44270). We accept:

• ✓UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm)
• ✓Bank transfer / NEFT
• ✓Cash on delivery for select Jaipur orders (discuss with us on WhatsApp)

Production begins only after payment confirmation. For custom orders, a 50% advance may be required.

4. Delivery & Shipping

• ◆Same-day delivery is available in Jaipur for eligible in-stock items (order before 12:00 PM).
• ◆Pan-India delivery is available via trusted courier partners (typically 3–7 working days).
• ◆All items are packed with premium gift-ready packaging. We take great care to ensure safe delivery.
• ◆Shipping timelines may vary during festivals, peak seasons, or due to courier delays beyond our control.
• ◆A tracking link will be shared over WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

5. Intellectual Property

All product designs, photographs, brand assets, and creative content on this website are the exclusive property of LR Crafts. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of our content without written permission. Sharing our products on social media with credit to LR Crafts is always welcome.

6. Limitation of Liability

LR Crafts is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We are committed to resolving any genuine delivery or quality issues promptly and fairly — please contact us within 48 hours of receiving a damaged or incorrect item.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
